6^th grade elective course registration

This form is to be used by students who will be 6th grade students at Justice Page Middle School in the 2024-2025 school year. Parents/guardians are encouraged to work with their student(s) to complete requests. Please submit only ONE request per student.

7^th/8^th grade elective course registration
